At Tech Troopers we take customer satisfaction very seriously. This is why we have a customer satisfaction guarantee and why we will give you your money back if you are not satisfied with the help you received. We can't always promise that we will solve your issue the way you hoped, but we guarantee we will find a solution where that you can feel good about.

When a ticket has been handled by our Tech Troopers we ask you to rate your experience. Our total score and total number of votes is calculated from all reviews and gathered from a couple of different sources. We always ask if it's ok for us to publish the review on our site and we anonymize the name for the sake of your privacy. All published reviews have been manually verified by Tech Troopers to make sure that no inappropriate content is published and that the review is from a real customer.

For full transparency we also try to publish a couple of random reviews from our Facebook page and a couple of random reviews from our Google+ page. Anyone can rate and review us at these services.

No reviews are ignored in the compilation and is calculated from all reviews, good and bad!
